All of our Faux Ivory products can be Scrimshawed, Engraved, and Carved with simple hand tools.
Our Faux Ivory products are created from Polyurethane supplied by a National Manufacturer. It has a Tensile strength of 3000 PSI and a Shore hardness of 70D.
The nature of this Polyurethane allows it to be sanded and shaped easily and polish to a very high shine. It will also readily accept Scrimshaw ink or paint.
We also offer Custom Imprinted Coffee Mugs, Plaques and Soft goods such as Caps and T-shirts.

The master mold required 18 pounds of silicone to create. Each casting used two quarts of resin.
The casting measures three feet long and ten inches high.
A total of seventy were cast and mounted.
